So when the entire enemy team is Unclean Beast

What the hell are your options?

I've tried everything i can think of, they just do way too much damage with their constant spitting, and i can't even rely on the towers because they just spit-kite them to death too.|||PheonixIV|||Leyline|||Queen: Spam shields avrywhar

Any General: Get Monks, laugh

Any Assassin: Get raped horribly

...But yeah. Play generals, *stack health items* and get monks.|||_PINK|||I just played as beasty for the first time today, and he's disgustingly overpowered. Seriously, I was better than I had ever been. That thing needs a few nerfs here and there. And the rook could use some buffs, he's pretty hard to play as.|||If your against a team of UB Why don't you get the Healing Favor that removes all debuffs? Its pretty clear your going to be spit on so why not grab it?|||Beast isn't OP at all.

Also, duplicates on the same team I find to be retarded.|||Hogo|||PheonixIV|||UB's spit is nasty, but it's a very singular ability. I find as Rook, Hammer Slam often does wonders against 2+ UBs because they all get hit at once. The trick is boulder roll them when they're in range of your tower spam.

Yes, Spit is a lot of damage. Stack Armor and HoL, and that's all they can do to you. Even Spit doesn't do THAT much DPS on it's own, and while they're spit-kiting your towers down, you can replace freely while HoLing. Unclean Beast simply doesn't have many damage abilities apart from Spit and melee. I mean, sure, they got Foul Grasp, but it's not a huge HP quantity. I have seen many times that by stacking not health, but armor, the UB is quickly reduced to not a threat.

The usual UB way to win is spit your opponents. They'll run, and because UB is the fastest DG, you can chase down and get in a lot of damage due to standard melee. Standing your ground and stacking armor can reduce a lot of the UB potential. Hammer Slam can also work wonders because you can hit all three enemy UBs with it. I've won a surprising number of 3v1s by hitting the entire enemy team with the same Hammer Slam, something you could never do with Spit.

I find overall the UB can't hold my Tower/Hammer slam Rook.|||Hmm, havn't tried stacking armor.|||Try Oak or Sedna and get Monks. Oaks shield removes the Spit DoT and you can slow him down to your speed and hit him hard. Played a game 2 Oak v 2 UBs and we had them running for their lifes after 15 minutes.

One good thing about spit uncles: they often lack a plan B if spit doesnt work... :)|||Christ it's difficult to find people who actually work as a goddamn team!|||Col. Jessep|||PheonixIV|||Use Sedna.

Heal removes debuffs, one Sedna with some mana potions supporting your team and no amount of UBs can do anything.|||by mid game I find that using a single scroll of vitality(+50% HP for 20 seconds) will work 90% of the time against spit. Normally, spit screws you up at the end of the fight when you try to escape to your healing crystal. So as long as you can escape you just pop on of those scrolls, gain 2k-3k extra life and either teleport out or just run back to base.

I love using that scroll as the Rook with a bunch of health buffs. Cuz I'll go from 5k-6k hp to 7.5k-9k which is a serious advantage for the rest of that fight.|||A Torch Bearer and Sedna with and Oak/Rook/QoT would roll 3 UB's. Torch Bearer goes ice build with Fireball (he'll get most of the kills) Oak tanks and Sedna heals. The 3 UB all die if Oak has the Belt of Giant Strength with it's 100% cleave ;)

Torch Bearer keeps Freezing and shattering them and firing off Fireballs when they try to run. Oak using Penitence slows them and then if he dies you have a nutter Oak who'll finish any of them off. Plus he can use shield and HoL at the same time!

There are a number of ways to beat UB, but atm he is the most broken DG.|||Z32|||I love to play Sedna, and I can pwn, but as soon as it hits level 5, my passive abilities and Monks simply don't cut the damage and I can't keep up. At level 1, I can win 2v1s with it.|||You could try countering with your team full of Lord Erebus. Any Spit is countered by Mist instantly. Just 1 point will do. Mist also cools down faster than Spit.|||I made a guide just for topics like this.

http://www.gamereplays.org/demigod/port ... st-UB-Spit

Enjoy :)|||Other counters: Erebus (mist, they can't do anything), Regulus Mines and MotB(holy hell beast gets raped) Tower Rook with Structural Transfer

AND SERIOUSLY BUY MONKS HOLY HELL THAT'S NOT SO HARD

Monks heal by percentage of total health, so stacking health items on top of this works quite insanely well.

You don't NEED an exceptional amount of DPS if *they can't touch you*. Just happily hold your lane.

The *only* demigod that can't really win against a Spit Beast Beast is Torchbearer, and that's because he just plain sucks ass.|||TB sucks?

lol...
