I've noticed that no matter how powerful your machine is Demigod (like SC) will lag like hell ignoring that second (3rd and 4th too :)) core in your processor.
Does someone know if there are plans to release something like Core Maximizer (which helped SC performance issues a lot) for Demigod ?|||Ask the Guy who made it.
Mike|||No quad core will have issues with Demigod. Core Maximizer simply isn't needed, and it actually decreased sim speed in SupCom.|||Well, my dual core certainly has issues with Demigod. CPU usage graph shows first core at 70% and second at 15% max.|||You have bigger problems in that case, because the Moho Engine will always, always, always use a dual core to 100% of both cores.|||Well, I had exactly the same issues with SupCom (under-utilization of second core, sound stuttering, sudden half a minute long lags for no apparent reason) and they were fixed more or less by Core Maximizer. And it's two different machines on two different OSes (XP and Vista) we are talking about so it's definitely not an isolated hardware problem.|||currently, i think it's a different problem that just has the same symptoms as SupCom.
in this case CoreMax will not fix it.
