Losing health and mana for no reason

[:1]I keep losing health and mana for no apparent reason. I'm wandering along in the back of my base, just outside my health crystal zone, with no enemies in sight. Suddenly, either my health or my mana goes down significantly. I didn't perform any action in the last ten seconds or so, other than moving. There was no sound or graphical effect accompanying the loss. There was no Regulus on the map, nor did the enemy have a Finger of God. The enemy didn't have trebuchets, and I was out of range even if they'd had them. Finally, no one was using Heaven's Wrath in the game. I can't figure out what's causing this.|||The enemy recaptured the health or mana flag.|||Ah, thanks.|||Spooky, I know that is the correct answer, but here is another question: Can you die from this health drop? I have sometimes lost hp from losing the hp flag/sigil running out, but have never died from it. Can that drop kill you, or will it just make you very low on hp?|||Legolan
