So I finally got my limited edition set

Ancient lore is the best ingame BGM I've heard in a while.



Also: little rook figure is awsome but haws got me thinking: Demigod needs a chess set. you know you want to.|||I know! I was thinking the same thing! How awesome would it be to play chess with The Rook instead of just regular ol' rooks. It's so obvious, the whole "Light vs. Dark" theme that the game has going. I'm betting it won't be too long 'til we see some sort of novelty chess set spring from this game.|||It would be ok, but not sensible leaving some characters out. Considering at the moment there are 8 demigods (for now) and only 6 different chess pieces.



But for the hell of it, Unclean beast for the pawns, Rook as the rook, Oak as the knights, Torch bearer as the bishop, Queen of thorns as the Queen, Lord Erebus as the king.|||Debonair|||Quote:|||Debonair|||I'd love a pure minion based DG chess set, too.



Giants as Rooks, preists as bishops, minos as pawns, angels as knights, a catapulosaurus as queen and a minotaur High King as King.



GPG should start up a 'collect them all' series of different DG based chess sets.|||Light

That sounds like a pretty good setup to me. Actually once the additional 2 demigods are released we could have 5 unique DGs for each team and minions for pawns.|||You could use citadels for kings|||True the the light bishop could be regulus and the light knight could be oak.



The dark side's rook could then be Lord Erebus.|||I think UB is more rook than erebus. ere even has the medieval motif to go along with knight.|||hmm true.



If any had the 3D models of the DGs, someone could use a 3D printer and make them. I have access to a 3D printer actually but idk how much it costs to use.
