Demigod gameplay video - high quality

Same thread as on the official forum, but i thought that maybe not all where going there, so heres a copy/paste

Long overdue do to personal stuff, the first gameplay video in high quality is here.



Some of you may know me from Sins of a Solar Empire (be sure to check them out here) where i did the same thing and i hope people will like these videos as well :)







All settings were set to highest possible on resolution 1680x1050

heres how you ought to d oit:





Into:



Start with a sequence from a cool battle you had, fro ma good angle please, or/and do several fast cuts displaying the demigods in a zoom up close fashion (like going from a bit far out view to close up and personal.) Difficult to do but ultimatly worth it.



Main:

Then introduce yourself (subtitles work well for this if you feel your voice or language is from the abhorable side of the river.).

Now tell the viewer what youre doing, or rather explain in short why you're doing it.



When youre ingame, do not stop telling people what youre doing and why youre doing it, there ARE ppl who do not have played games like this, and they might be watching.

Also zoom in on the action once in a while and display the prettyness of the game, rotate the view.





If you plan on doing a series, tell ppl at the end to expect the next issue.







All in all, it will make a much more lively video.

And your videos are very nice, unlike recordings from other games these videos are actually exciting to watch .
